Apple sues HTC over patent infringements

 
Apple has announced that they’ve filed a lawsuit against HTC for infringement of 20 Apple-owned patents. The lawsuit has been filed simultaneously with U.S. ITC and U.S. District Court and claims HTC infringing on iPhone patents related to UI, underlying architecture and hardware.

The title says it all. Apple has retaliated to the lawsuit filed by Nokia by countersuing them. Apple claims Nokia is infringing on 13 of Apple-owned patents.

Nokia sues LCD makers for illegal price fixing

 
Nokia has filed a lawsuit against top mobile LCD makers alleging them for fixing LCD panel prices. The lawsuit was filed on Nov 25 in San Francisco and includes makers like Samsung, LG Display, AU Optronics etc.
