Acer is bringing up some competition in the entry-level Android tablet market with the new Iconia B1. Announced at CES last week, India will be one of the first countries to receive the tablet carrying a price tag of just Rs. 7,999.
For a low asking price, consumers will get a 7-inch WSVGA (1024×600) display, Android 4.1 OS and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Mediatek (MTK8317T) processor.
Additionally, you’d find 8GB of internal storage, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, front-facing VGA camera, microSD card slot and 2710mAh battery.
