Meizu today confirmed that its Flyme OS which is based on Android 4.0 will be released in June for Meizu MX and M9 devices. Meizu says their customized OS will bring in some improvements and additions to the stock Android 4.0 OS.
For instance, users can expect an improved user interface, will come with pre-installed apps, phone locate and cloud storage service and a music streaming app which will have a lossless audio format library, at least in China.
Meizu says the update will be available over-the-air or users will be able to download it on the website in June.
