Singaporeans waiting for Samsung’s Galaxy S II won’t have to wait much longer. Samsung Asia’s CEO, Gregory Lee confirmed to CNET Asia that its upcoming super phone will be available in Singapore from next month.
Despite the confirmation of the release month, there are few details that are still unclear. There’s no word if Singaporean Galaxy S II will have Exynos or Tegra 2 processor and if the variant will be integrated with NFC chip or not.
Rest of the specs, however are expected to be the same. To rehash, Galaxy S II sports a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, Android 2.3 OS, HSPA+ (21Mbps) support, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 + HS, 8MP camera, full HD video recording and playback support, Allshare (DLNA) and 1650mAh battery.
