Nintendo has confirmed that its President, Satoru Iwata will give a keynote speech at the upcoming Games Developers Conference (GDC) in February. Although there’s no agenda attached with the keynote, we cannot rule out the fact that Iwata might reveal plans for Wii 2.
Wii revolutionized the gaming console industry in 2006 by bringing motion-sensing controller. But since Sony and Microsoft have followed suit with their PS Move and Kinect respectively, Nintendo could up the game again by revealing something different. Or at least we hope.
Nevertheless, we’ll definitely know what’s in store for us when GDC starts on February 28.
