LG’s Windows 7 powered tablet that we first spied early this month at the FCC office has got the official acknowledgement. The E-Note H1000B is now available in South Korea via KT. Unlike Dell’s Inspiron Duo which can be converted into a netbook or tablet as per user’s liking, H1000B is limited to tablet-mode only.
The device which is a netbook-in-a-tablet garb features a 10.1-inch 1366×768 resistive touchscreen display, choice of Intel Atom 1.1GHz Z510 or 1.6GHz Z530 CPU, 1GB RAM, 16GB SSD and Windows 7 Starter Edition OS.
For connectivity options, the tablet has Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, USB ports and optional WiMAX. The tablet also has a SD card slot, 4-cell battery and support for a docking stand, which needs to be bought separately.
The E-Note H1000B sells for 961,000 won or about $847.
