LG has joined hands with Marvel Studios to cross promote the upcoming movie, Iron Man 2 along with its upcoming powerful Android phone, Ally. Of all the marketing initiatives adopted by LG, the most interesting will be the bundling of an Augmented Reality-enabled Iron Man 2 comic book. Additionally, LG will launch a microsite to allow downloading of the AR app, win movie tickets, phones and other LG products.
LG Ally is expected to come on Verizon and will supposedly feature a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 3.5-inch AMOLED touchscreen display and 5MP camera with 720p video recording.
