Panasonic unveiled two 10.1 megapixel shooters in the ZS Series. The ZS Series tries to best the TZ range by upping the optical zoom count to 12X. The ZS3 includes a 3-inch screen, ultra-wide angle lens, capability to shoot in HD quality, image stabilizer, face recognition and Intelligent Auto (more on iA over here).
Other camera from this series is the ZS1 which also has the same features except a few like a normal iA without the face recognition and smaller 2.7-inch LCD.
Both the cameras will start retailing from April 2009 at a list price of $399.95 for ZS3 and $299.95 for ZS1.
