With Fortnite arriving Samsung Android devices and coming soon to other Android phones, PUBG, the same genre game by Tencent games released the PUBG MOBILE LITE beta version for budget Android phones which generally come with less RAM. A thing to note here is that this version is available in the Philippines only currently. There is no update on the availability of the same to other countries. PUBG MOBILE LITE is built with Unreal Engine 4 and is compatible with even more devices and optimized for devices with less RAM. Tencent games says, there is no compromise on the gameplay experience. PUBG MOBILE LITE features a smaller map made for 40 players to give a fast-paced gameplay matching the traditional PUBG style of play.
The game is still in beta testing and the gameplay experience may change in the final version. However, your progress will be carried over to future beta tests.
