Google conducts its annual Google I/O; Apple has the WWDC and now Samsung is trying to counter them with an annual developer conference of their own. The Samsung Developer Conference will happen in October in San Francisco and is now accepting registration from interested developers. Unlike Google or Apple’s developer event, Samsung has priced it really low, with $299 as the registration fee across all tiers.
A quick look at the schedule suggests Samsung’s three day event will talk about Samsung’s technologies like S Pen, Smart TV, KNOX platform, ChatON, HTML5’s role in Tizen OS etc.
