Lenovo today unwrapped their latest range of Android smartphones for the Indian market. The top in the line is Lenovo’s K900 that was unveiled at the CES in January. Priced at Rs. 32,999 the K900 is the first smartphone to take advantage of Intel’s Z2580 2GHz dual-core processor. The 6.9mm thin phone is carved out of stainless steel alloy and polycarbonate in a unibody mould and features a 5.5-inch full HD display along with 13MP camera.
The P780 is targeted at users who spend most time on the field by giving a huge battery to work with. The P780 features a 4000mAh battery that boasts a 25 hours of standby time. Additionally, the phone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and an IPS display. P920 is priced at Rs. 22,529.
The S820 and S920 boast a 1.2GHz quad-core processor but differs on the few aspects like the display and the camera. The S920 is equipped with a 5.3-inch HD 720p display and an 8 MP camera while the S820 comes with a 4.7-inch HD 720p display and 12MP. The S920 will sell for Rs. 26,399 and S820 will go for Rs. 19,599.
Lenovo A706 and A390 are mid-range and entry-level models respectively. The A706 features a 4.5-inch FWVGA display, a 1GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, Android 4.1, dual-SIM connectivity, Dolby Digital Plus and 5MP camera. The A390 is a dual-SIM device with a 1GHz dual-core processor 5MP camera, Android 4.0 and 4-inch WVGA display.
Both are priced at Rs. 15,949 and Rs. 8,689 respectively.
