Nokia’s Asha range has got some competition as Samsung today announced their new REX range of feature phones. The range includes four devices – REX 60, REX 70, REX 80 and REX 90 and will go at very affordable prices starting from Rs. 4,280 and going up to Rs. 6,490.
The REX 60 is the cheapest of the lot with a 2.8-inch resistive display (320×240), smart Dual SIM support, 1.3MP camera, Bluetooth, 2G connectivity and 1000mAh battery.
The REX 70 bumps the display to 3-inch with the same resolution and camera to 2MP. REX 70 also supports smart Dual SIM with true swap support.
REX 80 is similar to the REX 70 in terms of features but adds Wi-Fi and a better 3MP camera to the mix.
Finally, the REX 90 features a 3.5-inch display with HVGA resolution, smart Dual-SIM with hot swap, 3.2MP camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 1000mAh battery.
All the REX series phones come bundled with 10 free games from Gameloft, regional language support and TouchWiz Lite UI.
