In addition to plethora of Nexus announcements yesterday, Google also announced an update to the Android OS. The version now stands at 4.2 but it will still be known as Jelly Bean. Some of the notable features in the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean include the all new Photo Sphere that allows to take panoramic pictures akin to Google’s Street View.
Google has also improved the keyboard which will take on Swype or the upcoming SwiftKey Flow with the Gesture Typing. There’s multi user account option on the tablets that offers customization right from the homescreen, widgets, apps for each user, an improved Google Now, better expandable and actionable notifications, wireless display support and speedier than before.
