LG has finally announced its smartphone-tablet hybrid dubbed as the Optimus Vu for the Indian market. The device is priced at Rs. 34,500 and is a bit different than the current pair of phablets from Samsung.
The unique feature of the tablet is the 5-inch True XGA IPS panel with a 4:3 aspect ratio. LG says the aspect ratio is perfect for users who want to read books and magazines and offers a bit more screen real estate.
The phone is equipped with a Rubidium pen, 1.5GHz quad-core Tegra 3 processor, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS which will be upgradable to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, 1GB RAM, 8MP main camera with full HD video recording support, Wi-Fi with Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth, NFC, 32GB internal storage and 2080mAh battery.
