Just as rumored, Apple sent out invites to members of the press for an event on October 23. The invite does not give any hint on the agenda but the rumorville is abuzz with a smaller-sized iPad aka the iPad mini and if Apple is feeling generous, an improved Macbook Pro.
The iPad mini is expected to feature a 7.85-inch display along with a display resolution and specs comparable to that of the iPad 2 whereas the 13-inch Macbook Pro could gain a Retina Display and improved specs.
