Apple just sent out invite to U.S. journalists for an event on March 7. The event is related to the next-generation iPad and going by the image, the new iPad apparently boasts a high resolution display. The event will be held at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco.
iPad 3 or whatever it will be called is rumored to have a hi-res display, faster processor, improved camera and more.
