It’s raining phones this week. After the announcement of two heavyweight smartphones, here is a mid-range device for those on a limited budget. Wildfire S is touted as one of the smallest phones from HTC but packs in decent hardware like a 600MHz CPU, 512MB RAM/ROM, HTC Sense UI, 3.2-inch HVGA display (320×480), 5MP camera, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, microSD card slot and 1230mAh battery.
The phone runs on Android 2.3 OS and comes with a new version of HTC Sense along with an e-book store powered by Kobo.
Wildfire S is priced at Rs.14,700.
