As we know, iPhone 4 is facing a network reception issue. The reception drops when the lower-left side of the phone is blocked by our hand and though it’s frustrating for a consumer, Steve Jobs thinks otherwise.
Steve Jobs responded to couple of customer mails where he said “it’s not a big issue” and told the other one to “avoid holding it in that way.”
As Gizmodo points out, Steve Jobs’ reply indicates that its more of a hardware flaw than software because had it been a software issue, Apple would have acknowledged about the impending software update.
Looks like iPhone 4 does all the things with ease but it can’t do a phone’s core function efficiently, unless you hold it the other way.
