Cowon makes J3 PMP official

Cowon has gone official with its Red Dot Design winner J3 PMP. The player will be released in South Korea on March 31 and is said to be one of the most sophisticated PMPs to roll out of Cowon’s stable. The 9.9mm thick J3 boasts a 3.3-inch AMOLED touchscreen display with 16M color support and an easy-to-use UI.

In addition to playing all leading video/music/image formats, the player supports flash, JetEffect 3.0 and features T-DMB, FM Radio, Bluetooth, dictionary, voice recorder, TV-out, loudspeakers and a microSD card slot.

J3 has an impressive battery life that goes up to 64 hours for music, 11 hours for video and a standby time of up to 350 hours.
