Kotaku hooked up with some sources who claim that the new iPhone will feature a 3D graphics chip. As with other rumors, this one’s too unconfirmed but a graphics chip for gaming makes sense, as iPhone is often pitted against other handheld gaming consoles. Their source also claimed a few other things, like the iPhone will operate on a new, high-speed network, enhanced Bluetooth support that will enable manufacturers to sell iPhone specific Bluetooth accessories and also a July 17 release date. The date actually aligns with the previous rumor.
