Microsoft is playing hardball to DHL who had the responsibility to ship their Xbox 360s. DHL has been sued by the Redmond giant seeking in excess of $2 million in damages after a train derailment which happened in October last year. A total of 21,600 Xbox consoles were damaged in that incident and the case filing is a result after DHL failed to compensate Microsoft for this huge loss.
