Samsung announced a new DMB phone in the Korean market. The SCH-B450 has a 180 degree 2.2″ rotating screen, S-DMB, 2 megapixel camera, music player, Bluetooth and video on demand. The phone also supports 3D gaming and has Vibe Tonz technology. Vibe Tonz enables a user to play games with vibrations. The phone is expected to launch at a price tag of $630.
