Microsoft is holding a press event on April 12 and if we believe WSJ’s latest report, the event will be the launch of phones, often referred to as “Pink” phones. As per WSJ, the phones will be available later this month in US from Verizon and Vodafone, internationally.
Microsoft is said to have worked closely with cellular operators and developed the phone’s software, online services as well as designed the hardware. The event’s titled “It’s time to share” which clearly hints that the new devices could revolve around social networking sites.
