There’s no doubt that Apple tablet rumors are surfacing at a brisk pace and the newest one supposedly spills the name of the upcoming Apple product. The Apple tablet will be known as iSlate and the revelation comes from the Whois record of the domain. The iSlate domain was first registered in October 2004 and was transferred to different registrars, including MarkMonitor, who generally handles domains from Apple.
Meanwhile, the infamous Taiwanese rumormonger says that Foxconn’s panel-making subsidiary, Innolux has been handed the order to produce touch panels for Apple tablet. Innolux will supply Apple with 10-inch displays with some glass strengthened process.
The previous rumors suggest, Apple will unveil the tablet in January with retail sales expected to begin after few months.
