Xperia X2 has made quite a few appearances in pictures before but this is the first time we’re seeing it on a video. Well, it may not be the best of videos but at least it drops a few hints on what to expect from the device. The device runs Windows Mobile 6.5 without any customized UI but gives a brief introduction to SE’s Panels.

The phone as we know, will carry a 3.5-inch display, 8.1MP camera, 512MB RAM, GPS etc.

This is the third instance where Xperia X2 has come out in the wild claiming its existence. The new pics emerging show a silver variant which actually looks better than black. The About screen pictured also throws some light on the specs. The phone is running a build of WinMo 6.5 OS and has 256MB RAM, a Qualcomm chipset with 528MHz processor, same as the Xperia X1.

Sure, the legitimacy of the picture will be questioned but the existence of an X Panel and Windows button gives it some creditability. The phone is allegedly the Xperia X2 which is known as Vulcan inside the doors of Sony Ericsson. Other concrete details are next to none so all we have is this picture to infer. What do you think? True or not? I like the design though.
