<p>Available at the same old price, Apple has now made the MacBook Pro faster and also they can now be configured with AMD Radeon HD 6670M graphics chip. The 13inch MacBook Pro now comes with an option to select from a 2.4GHz Core i5 or a 2.8GHz Core i7 dual-core processor.</p>
<p>The larger 15inch MacBook Pro can now be purchased with a quad-core, 2.2GHz or 2.4GHz i7 processor. The 17inch version can be selected with the 2.4GHz or 2.5GHZ Quad-core i7 processor. </p>
<p>Besides this, 15 and 17-inch variants of the MacBook Pro can now be configured with an AMD Radeon HD 6770M graphics chip.</p>

<p>Apple has updated its Macbook Pro lineup by bringing choices of faster processors, Nvidia graphics and longer battery life. The 13-inch Macbook Pro now comes with Intel’s 2.4GHz or 2.66GHZ Core 2 Duo prcessors, integrated GeForce 320M GPU, 4GB RAM, 250GB or 320GB HDD and up to 10 hours of battery life. It will be available in two different configurations priced at $1,199 and $1,499.</p>
<p>The 15- and 17-inches MBP have got meaty upgrades as well with Core i5/i7 CPUs and discrete GeForce GT 330M GPU. Apple says its automatic graphics switching tech helps the Mac to decide whether to use the discrete graphics or integrated graphics. Both Macbook Pros can deliver up to 9 hours of battery life. </p>
<p>15-inch Macbook Pro pricing starts from $1,799 whereas 17-inch MBP starts from $2,299.</p>
<p><strong>UPDATE:</strong> Indian pricing of updated MBPs. The notebooks will be available in India within two weeks.</p>
<p>13-inch Macbook Pro ranges from Rs. 72,900 &#8211; Rs. 89,900<br />
15-inch Macbook Pro starts from Rs. 1,09,900 and goes up to Rs. 1,29,900<br />
17-inch Macbook Pro is priced at Rs. 1,36,900 </p>

2.53GHz 15-inch Macbook Pro &#8211; Rs. 1,04,900.<br />
2.66GHz 15-inch Macbook Pro &#8211; Rs. 1,19,600.<br />
2.80GHz 15-inch Macbook Pro &#8211; Rs. 1,41,600.<br />
2.80GHz 17-inch Macbook Pro &#8211; Rs. 1,57,400.</p>
<p>Apple initiated the WWDC conference by announcing a revamped 15-inch unibody Macbook Pro. Like the 17-inch version, this MBP too sports a user non-removable Lithium-Polymer battery that promises to give up to 7 hours of runtime and built to last about 5 years or 1000 recharges. The specs include up to 3.06GHz Core 2 Duo processor, up to 8GB RAM, discrete 9600M GT graphics option, up to 500GB HDD and a SD card slot in place of an ExpressCard slot. The 15-inch MBP pricing starts from $1,699 and goes up to $2,299.</p>
<p>Next comes the 13-inch Macbook which also gets an unibody enclosure and up to 2.53GHz C2D CPU, up to 8GB RAM, up to 500GB HDD or 256GB SSD, integrated 9400M chip, same li-polymer battery and the inclusion of FireWire 800 port. Again, the ExpressCard slot has been ditched for a SD slot. Pricing starts $1,199. </p>
<p>Macbook Air got a huge $700 price cut and it now starts from $1,499 giving 1.86GHz C2D proc, 2GB RAM, 9400M GPU and 120GB SSD. </p>

<p>Steve Jobs revealed the new <strong>Macbooks</strong> at a press conference yesterday. <strong>Apple</strong> was pretty proud of their creations which are made from a unibody enclosure giving it more rigidness. Other highlights of these notebooks are the new glass based multi-touch trackpad, Mini DisplayPort, NVIDIA graphic chips empowering the Macbooks and also being compliant to Energy Star standards. </p>
<p>Apple has made the new Macbooks affordable with the price starting from <strong>$999</strong> for a decent machine. Macbook Air and Macbook Pros were also refreshed which now sports NVIDIA GeForce 9400M GPU in Air while 9400M and 9600M dual GPUs in 15-inch Macbook Pro. To complement the whole set, Apple also launched a 24-inch LED Cinema Display screen which will sell for <strong>$899</strong>.</p>
