Joo Joo goes on pre-order today and Fusion Garage’s former partners TechCrunch have sued them for Fraud and Deceit, Misappropriation of Business Ideas, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Unfair Competitition and Violatioins of the Lanham Act. Fusion Garage’s CEO, Chandra Rathakrishnan today offered his side of story and alongside launched the device, renamed as Joo Joo (it’s funny and weird!).
