<p>We already knew it but Dell has finally decided to go all official about its entry into the smartphone business. They’ve announced Mini 3 device in China and Brazil on China Mobile and Claro respectively. Dell explains why they went with these operators (because of the large subscriber base) but unfortunately does not say anything about the phone specs except it will work on Android and have 3G. </p>
<p>However, the leaked specs sheet suggest that it will have a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display, 3MP camera, microSD card slot, Bluetooth and supposedly Wi-Fi.</p>
