<p>BenQ has announced a new expensive projector for consumers wanting “big screen” video projection. The SP890 is apt for larger venues that brings boatload of features like full HD playback with HQV picture quality, automatic enhancement of lower resolutions, 4000 ANSI lumens of brightness, 1.5X optical zoom and a contrast ratio of 50,000:1.</p>
<p>Additionally, the projector supports Crestron RoomView to provide employees facility-wide central access and control over the projector and BrilliantColor that gives a 6-segment color wheel to deliver the best balance between optimal brightness and color. As for the connectivity options, the projectors comes with HDMI, S-Video, USB, L/R audio and RS232 ports.</p>
<p>The SP890ST projector is available in India for <span class="WebRupee">Rs.</span>1,96,000.</p>

<p>BenQ has refreshed its E-Series LCD lineup by giving a touch of aesthetics and SensEye 3 auto-calibration sensor. Both E2220HD (21.5”) and E2420HD (24”) feature the sensor that automatically corrects contrast, color and clarity in order to give a better picture. In addition to this, the screen supports full HD content playback on its 16:9 screen, offers a 50000:1 contrast ratio with 300 nits of brightness and 2ms response time (E2420HD). It also gives whopping 11 ports that includes 4 USB, 2 HDMI, DVI, VGA and 3 audio connectors. It’s set to reach retail shelves this month at an undisclosed price. </p>

<p>BenQ has brought a new ultraportable notebook to the fray, dubbed as Joybook Lite T131. The 13.3-incher is just over an inch thick and weighs 1.8kg which is actually a bit heavy by ultraportable standards. </p>
<p>AMD’s Yukon platform is the main attraction here which is complemented by the remaining feature set like an anti-glare UltraVivid screen, Sempron 200U CPU, HD audio, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, 1.3MP webcam, up to 2GB of RAM and 320GB HDD. It is powered by a 6-cell battery that promises to give up to 3 hours of runtime. </p>
<p>Joybook Lite T131 will be available in China from this month in opulent midnight blue and snowy white colors.</p>

<p>11.6-inch is the current flavor of the netbooks and BenQ too caves in to align with the current trend. The Joybook Lite U121 Eco looks to be a decent netbook with decent specs. It has an Intel Z520/Z530 processor, Hybrid Storage (SSD + HDD), up to 32GB SSD or up to 500GB HDD, GMA500 graphics, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, optional 3G, HDMI/VGA port, 1.3MP camera and an option to go with a 6-cell battery that gives a runtime of around 8 hours.  </p>
<p>The netbook will start selling from this month in China, Malaysia and Taiwan. </p>

The couple of nScreen’s that will hit the Japanese and Australian markets in March or April are 18-inch i91 and 21.5-incher i221. Both the AIOs have a 16:9 screen aspect ratio, support HD playback, 1.3 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, 4-in-1 card reader and has knob on the bottom right that works as a power button and adjusting volume controls. The i91 will be powered by an AMD Sempron 210U processor, 1GB RAM and 160GB HDD, which we are not sure but can be the same for i221 too. </p>
<p>i91 is currently selling in Taiwan for NT$17,900 (US$517) while i221 will start shipping later.  </p>
