Google bumps Gmail app for iOS to v2, adds multiple account support

Today is a good day for Gmail users who use Android or iOS devices. After releasing an improved app for Android, Google has announced a new version of the Gmail app for the iPhone and the iPad. The version 2.0 brings in a lot of new features with most notable things being the UI overhaul and multiple account support (up to 5 accounts).

The app also brings autocomplete predictions, allows RSVP’ing to Google Calendar invites and +1 or comment to Google+ posts directly from the app.

The app can be downloaded for free on iTunes App Store.
