Windows 8 had a pretty successful weekend going by the numbers released by Microsoft CEO, Steve Ballmer at the Build 2012 conference. According to the CEO, over 4 million OS upgrades were seen over the weekend, which in comparison to Apple’s Mountain Lion OS is a million more.
Windows 8 is a unique OS from Microsoft that brings in modern live tiles UI and is optimized for every screen size.
