RIM stops PlayBook production?

RIM has apparently stopped producing PlayBook. Reuters is citing a note from an analyst that claims RIM has stopped production of their maiden tablet is strongly considering to exit the tablet market.
The analyst further claims that RIM has also canceled its additional tablet projects.
RIM’s PlayBook that was released early this year has found difficult to take other tablets head on. Despite a good hardware, PlayBook is marred with the software that does not support native email.
About 700,000 PlayBooks have been shipped by RIM till date.
