Google has seemingly released Android 2.3.6 to Nexus S users. Before you jump with joy, let me tell you there are no improvements but a bug fix release, which has been confirmed to fix the notorious voice search bug. The update will be rolled out over the air in batches and if you can’t wait just type in *#*#CHECKIN#*#* on your Nexus S to do a force check.

The Android 2.3.6′s baseband is I9020AUCKF1 and build number is GRK39C.
