As expected, Apple has released iOS 4.3.4 to patch the PDF exploit. This exploit was used by Jailbreakme to jailbreak devices using the device’s Safari browser, which in retrospect could be used any hacker to inject a malicious code.

Users who do not resort to jailbreak can go ahead and update their device via iTunes or users using Jailbreak can get PDF Patcher 2 from the Cydia that also patches the exploit.

CDMA iPhone users can update their devices to iOS 4.2.9.
