Sega is the latest company to be victimized from the hacking frenzy that has surfaced off late. An email was sent by the company to Sega Pass members confirming about the security breach. The hackers were able to procure email addresses, date of birth and encrypted passwords, which wouldn’t be of no use anyway.
Sega has disabled all access to Sega Pass and reset user’s password.
Interestingly, Lulzsec who was behind most hacking attacks hasn’t claimed any responsibility and is in fact vowing to take revenge who tried to hack Sega.
