Latest report from Japan indicates that DSi might be counting its last days. According to the article, Nintendo has apparently stopped manufacturing the camera-equipped DSi and is currently sold out in most locations in Japan. However, the DSi XL (or DSi LL) is still in production and the supposed reason to stop selling the DSi is to avoid “consumer confusion” between 3DS and DSi.

Frankly, I don’t see any confusion between a 3D version and a non-3D version. Maybe it’s the DSi and DSi XL that is more confusing. What say?
