Samsung is preparing a new high-end Android device for the South Korean market. The phone identified as SHW-M190S is meant to arrive on SKT and although it’s spec’d on the lines of Galaxy S, the inclusion of HDMI-out makes it special.

Rest of the specs of the newly designed phone includes Android 2.2 OS, 1GHz CPU, 4-inch WVGA Super AMOLED display, 5MP camera, T-DMB, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 16GB internal memory and microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB.

There’s no word on the availability but expect it to arrive by February.
