Here’s a little year-end present from Skype to iOS users. They’ve released a new version of Skype that will allow iOS users initiate video calls over Wi-Fi or 3G. The iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and iPod touch 4th gen supports apps’ full functionality whereas the iPod touch 3rd gen and iPad will be able to receive video calls.

The app is now available on the iTunes store.
