Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerat OS

 

It’s 10-10 today and Canonical has chosen a perfect day to unleash Ubuntu’s new release. The Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat makes one of the best Linux distros even better and is now available for download. The Ubuntu 10.10 brings in a lot of new features like the Unity UI for the netbook edition, which is claimed to be optimized for smaller screens, integrated social networking as well as email clients, paid apps, Ubuntu One cloud-storage, wireless music streaming to your phone or music players and more.

Current Ubuntu users can directly upgrade their distribution to Ubuntu 10.10 via the Update Manager or if you prefer to download it as an ISO head over to the link below.
