We’ve seen HTC’s Mondrian quite a few times before and this time it surfaces in a nice looking render showing its AT&T connection. Mondrian is expected to be one of the first Windows Phone 7 devices from HTC that will be available on AT&T.

As far as specs are concerned, Mondrian will have at least a gigahertz of processor, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 5MP camera and WVGA display.
