If you were worried about Blackberry service getting banned in UAE, you don’t have to now because the UAE telecom authorities and Research in Motion have agreed to a solution. About 500,000 subscribers will be able to enjoy uninterrupted services as RIM has worked out to locate encrypted servers inside UAE.

“The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) has confirmed that Blackberry services are now compliant with the UAE’s telecommunications regulatory framework. Therefore all Blackberry services in the UAE will continue to operate as normal and no suspension of service will occur on October 11, 2010.”
