3DS Mii

In addition to revealing the 3DS release date, Nintendo also divulged some of its features like automatic Mii generation from camera. All the user needs to do is snap up his picture and let the 3DS do the magic. Of course, if you’re unhappy with the result, you can edit the Mii or merge two photos into a single image.

Another noteworthy feature 3DS boasts is the wireless tag mode. While it was unclear initially how this feature will work, a Super Street Fighter IV game trailer sheds some light on it. The tag mode for Street Fighter will activate a minigame that will enter the game’s collectable action figures in a fight automatically, even when the user is not playing on his 3DS. On the other hand, when a user is playing the game, 3DS notifies of another player in the proximity.
