Windows Phone 7 Developer Tools now available

Microsoft has released the final version of Developer Tools for Windows Phone 7. Devs can download the latest version to test their created apps before submitting it to Windows Marketplace, which opens in early October.
The tools are currently available only in English but MS has confirmed to launch it in other languages as well in the near future.
