Apple has released a minor update of iOS for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. The iOS 4.0.2 for iPhone and iPod touch and 3.2.2 for iPad patches the PDF exploit that is used by Jailbreakme. Although it’s a good thing from the security standpoint, updating to the latest iOS will render browser-based jailbreaking ineffective.

Users are advised to update to close the PDF bug but if you rely on jailbreak and ultrasn0w for unlock, you should stay clear of it until iPhone Dev Team figures out a way to circumvent the update.
