Samsung has added a new netbook to its N-Series range – the N230. The N230 is a lightweight netbook that weighs under a kilogram, has a thickness of 23.2mm and comes in a combination of glossy, matte and patterned black design.
N230 features a 10.1-inch LED backlit anti-reflective display, Intel N450 CPU, Windows 7 OS, 1GB RAM, 250GB HDD, VGA camera, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 3.0 and optional 3G.
Other few things that makes this netbook more attractive is its battery life that goes up to 7 hours on a standard one but can be increased to up to 13.8 hours with 66Wh battery; Samsung Fast Start that allows users to start working within seconds of pressing the power button; reworked sleep mode that writes data to the HDD in case of an unexpected shutdown, DLNA; and Easy File Sharing that transfers data over Wi-Fi ad hoc connection.
It will be available in US from July for $399.
