Verizon putting up a page and another one with specs were enough for the official acknowledgement and with the latest release, they’ve blurted out the price too. Verizon will start online pre-orders on April 19 and will ship from April 29 for $199 after a $100 mail-in rebate and two-year contract.

To regurgitate, the phone runs on Android 2.1 OS, 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, Sense UI, 3.7-inch QVGA AMOLED touchscreen, 8MP camera with dual LED flash, 8GB internal memory, microSD card slot, optical joystick, GPS, Wi-Fi and 3.5mm audio jack.
