Samsung has announced two new variants of its CDMA Corby and Metro phones. The Corby TV and Metro TV now features a customized application that will allow users to watch Live TV or recorded content. The app known as MimobiTV Mobile TV is developed by Apalya and gives users on-demand content streaming of more than 40 channels on both CDMA 1X and 3G networks.

The Corby TV features a 2.8-inch QVGA display, OMH-enabled, 2MP camera, FM Radio, Bluetooth and microSD card slot. Corby Speed users can also avail of a free software upgrade. Corby TV will be priced at Rs. 9,699.

The Metro TV also comes with the MimobiTV app and features a 2-inch display, 2MP camera, Bluetooth, FM Radio, microSD card slot, mobile tracker and 9 Indian regional languages support. Metro TV will sell for Rs. 6,999.
