Google’s Nexus One was also blessed with an over-the-air software update yesterday and it sure was more exciting to what Apple had on offer for iPhone/iPod touch users. The new update brings Google Goggles, updated Maps app, fixes 3G connectivity and most importantly, adds multi-touch. Users will be able to use multi-touch functionality in the phone’s browser, gallery and maps application.

Google says all users might not receive the update soon but should expect to get it by end of this week.
