Joo Joo goes on pre-order today and Fusion Garage’s former partners TechCrunch have sued them for Fraud and Deceit, Misappropriation of Business Ideas, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Unfair Competitition and Violatioins of the Lanham Act.
