Dell and Asus tablet devices rumor surface

It’s not only Apple who wants to taste the tablet pie. New reports have emerged claiming both Dell and Asus working on their respective tablet devices. While we have seen Dell’s prototype (known as Streak) in action, there’s not a single trace of Asus’ offering except that it will be known as Eee Pad.
As for Dell’s Streak, it will run on Android OS with 5-inch WVGA touchscreen display, 5MP camera, additional camera for video calls, microSD card slot, Wi-Fi and 3G.
Pocketlint reckons Dell’s tablet could officially unwrap at CES while there’s no word on the Asus device. However, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Asus launching it there either.
